I’m teaming up with nutritionist Allison Reyna of Cheer Up Buttercups to offer a FREE interactive workshop: Nutrition and Fitness for Busy Moms.
Allison is going to offer tips for:
- healthy, quick meals
- snack ideas on-the-go
- innovative nutrition tips for summer travel.
I’ll focus on fitness ideas that:
- you can do at home with no equipment
- you can sneak into your day in ‘found time’
- efficiently and effectively improve your health.
The workshop is Monday, May 6th from 9.15 – 10.15am. It will be held in the WAYA Gymnasium, near Exposition & Enfield.
There will be time for Q&A, so come with your questions!
