I have always loved working with pregnant women, not only because I think that exercise during pregnancy is great for the body, but I think it’s so great for the mind and soul, too. I’ve just heard from two of my favorite Austin-area perinatal health practicioners. There’s some good stuff going on to help keep pregnant mamas happy, healthy, and feeling fit.
April Bullock, CPM LM of Birthwise Birth & Family Services, part of the fabulous health & wellness collective East-West Family Health, is hosting a discussion about Whole Foods for Pregnancy.
